The draw will be held once all the round-of-16 matches are finished, at the end of next week on March 18.When is the Champions League quarterfinal draw?
The draw will be held next Friday, March 18 at 6 a.m. ET. (12 noon local time, CET) at UEFA’s headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland.Format: How does the draw for the quarterfinals, semifinals, and final work?
The draw will determine the remaining Champions League rounds. Upon its conclusion, we will know the last four matchups for the quarterfinals, the path to the semifinals, and who will be the home team in the final of the tournament.
At this stage the draw is completely open, meaning any team can face any team regardless of their nationality or whether those teams played each other in the first phase, unlike the draw which determined the round-of-16.
The decision on which team plays at home in the first leg, which is of less importance now the away goals rule has been scrapped, is decided by which team comes out of the pot first.
The team designated at home in the final will be decided by a draw, taking place on 18 March once the main draw has been carried out.
UEFA, for security reasons, will change the schedule to avoid games in the same city on the same day. For example, Manchester City and Manchester United couldn’t end up playing at home on the same day. That won’t affect the draw itself however, simply the schedule that’s drawn up after the draw has taken place. How to watch the Champions League Draw

The Champions League Final will be held on May 28 at Stade de France in Paris, France. UEFA decided to move the final from St. Petersburg after the Russian invasion of Ukraine. Paris was chosen on the basis of it being most likely to be neutral territory because France had only two teams among the 16 remaining, and therefore a lower chance of a team in the final. WIth PSG now out, Lille is the only French team left in the competition.
